Chinese noodles and dim sum: Conquered. They were unspeakably amazing. Beef udon type noodles in an oily broth with chunks of beef, green onions and bok choy. Shrimp and pork dumplings with a variety of dangerously hot sauces. May have contained MSG?

Hey, great blog! I couldn't find your contact info, so am doing it here, sorry. Basically, I'm going to be in Fukuoka in October, and wanted to get your advice in terms of where to stay and what to do. Have some info from Lonely Planet, and the rest I'll figure out when I get there, but was hoping for a local's perspective. Thanks!
